CASH COUNTDOWN

• “Actively playing” means having played the slot machine the player is currently at within the previous two minutes.
• If it is confirmed that a patron is actively playing on that machine at the time of the draw, they are awarded the prize. If no patron is actively playing at the machine another ballot will be drawn to a maximum of 10 ballots per time slot.
• After the tenth ballot, should there be no one actively playing at the 10 machines that have been drawn, the prize will be carried forward and added to the prize(s) of the next draw time.
• The final draw of the event, ballots will be drawn until such time a patron is actively playing at the machine that has been drawn.
• Participants in this event are in agreement to abide by the rules of the SBC&R Cash Countdown to 2025.

SILENT AUCTION

• Raffle ticket sales are open to the public, no Ocean Club membership is required to purchase
• Raffle tickets will be used for single event days only.
• Raffle tickets will only be sold at the price indicated and by licensed designated SBC employees.
• The accepted payment methods are by cash only with no receipt of purchase. All raffle ticket sales are final. All ticket sales purchased and entered into the draw cannot be refunded, including if ticket buyers made an error in selecting the amount of tickets they desire to purchase. Exceptions to the refund policy may only be made in situations involving technical errors.
• Raffle tickets are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions.
• The purchaser of the raffle ticket is not obliged to participate in all prizes, specifically for the possibility of winning any of the prizes offered.
• The winning prize is determined by a “raffle drawing”, consisting of a single ticket number drawn at random from each container to determine the winner from all tickets sold during the raffle time frame.
• All prizes must be accepted as awarded and no substitutions will be made. Prizes are non­transferable. Cash alternatives will not be awarded for any of the prizes.
• To claim their prize, winners must show proof of winning tickets, valid government issued identification and collect prizes at the Ocean Club.
• Prizes shall be paid in person at South Beach Casino & Resort of winner being confirmed, government issued ID verified and the signed Release.
• By claiming their prize, the winner gives South Beach Casino & Resort the right to publish the winner’s name and prize amount/type. Names are publicized to protect the integrity of the “raffle drawing “as it verifies that prizes are won. The prize claimant will be required to sign a Declaration and Release (Release) form.
• In case of a discrepancy between the posted number and the actual number selected through the raffle drawing, the actual number selected through the raffle drawing will be considered the valid winning number.
• Raffle ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.
• The winner must provide valid acceptable identification to claim the prize.
• South Beach Casino & Resort reserves the right to disqualify winners and forfeit prizes if the winners are not in compliance with this Overview and Rules & Regulations.
• South Beach casino & Resort is not responsible for commencing, continuing, or completing any event or awarding prizes in the event of circumstances beyond SBC&R’s control.
• South Beach Casino & Resort has the right to change or discontinue this draw due to circumstances beyond their control.
