In conjunction with Manitoba Health & Safety Act South Beach Casino & Resort is to prevent illness or injury and promote the health, safety and well-being of all of our team members while at work, following professional standards of practice and complying with legislation that protects personal health.
The Health and Safety Committee in conjunction with Human Resources develop programs key to Health & Safety in the workplace along with wellness themes, through supported programs like Naturopaths, Osteopaths, Massage Therapy, Acupuncturists, and Psychologists/Social workers, are included in your health plan membership.
Vacations including travel are important in wellness and as such we provide Global medical assistance coverage.
Health Benefits
South Beach Casino & Resort recognizes the need for other medical healthcare services, we offer an employer paid benefits program for eligible employees that offers Health, Dental and Vision coverage.
Benefit reimbursements can be done directly through service provider or through e-billing. Member account information is all available on line.
